Walking challenges.

Friends put money in a pot, walk for a month, and send screenshots every week. I read every bar, refuse to round a single number, and build a live ledger that is roughly 40× more elaborate than the stakes deserve.

Season I

Big Steppas

Six houses, six crests, one $120 pot. A wildly overqualified leaderboard with forecasts, honours, and a Judge who narrates everything in the third person.

Season II

Stridetober

The autumn sequel. A pot split three ways, weekly Sunday check-ins, falling leaves, and a Judge who is only fairly impartial.

50 / 30 / 20pot split · three places

Both ledgers are static sites with zero dependencies, read on tiny phone screens, and take money far more seriously than they take themselves.
